Print setup (from the File Menu) allows you to specify Landscape printout. Page Setup allows you to specify the number of pages used and will generate a print preview area (blue on screen) Turn this off, if needed from the View menu.
After a printer preview you might want to tweak the arrangement of the genogram. You can also adda title using the Text box.
Finally you can export as a metafile to create a file version to incorporate into a publication, although you may need to use a graphics package to convert this as many programs do not recognise this format

It's to be published in a family book, and there's only one page allotted.  It's only 50 people (3 generations, lots of kids).  I think it would fit if I could just get it to rotate, so that it would be horizontal on a landscape oriented page.  Any help?  Thanks!
