Missing SR 'Caretaker' option in Dic

Still playing around, I set up a 'Caretaker' SR and got 2 errors at gene time. I then noticed that this particular option is not in the Dic anymore.
I then changed the Genopro lang from FR to EN and noticed that the FR version of 'Caretaker' appears within the EN ddl:

Strange!
I didn't check if all the other options are present within the Dic.

The Caretaker option was added silently for Monica McGoldrick's genograms.  I was crossing my fingers it won't cause any side effects.  Feel free to add this option in the Language Dictionary.

It's already added.

But still doesn't explain the mix of Lang in the drop down list.
