Some of the connections under "Family" tab are not showing. For instance on the husband side his wife is showing correctly but when you look at the wife, no spouse is showing. I have tried deleting and recreating the individual person but it does not seem to correct the problem.

You appear to be describing an issue with the main GenoPro program but you have posted under 'Report Generator Bugs'. Is this correct?

The only way I can reproduce the situation you describe is to move the wife to another genomap and then delete the wife's hyperlink on the original genomap. the pedigree link remains visible. If you then create another 'wife' and place it over the pedigree link, then visually all appears correct but in fact you then have two 'wives', one linked to the family line as a parent but displaying on another genomap, the other is a free-standing individual. Try clicking the GenoPro search button an look for the wife's name and see if the name appears twice.
