The parameter PhET_StillAttending in dictionary was written: <PhET_StillAttending T=""/> .
I changed this: ± <PhET_StillAttending T=" "/>
b) LanguageDictionary.Lookup(‘PhExternalLinktxt’) failed!
The parameter 'PhExternalLinktxt' not in the dictionary.xml.
I created this:
+ <PhExternalLinktxt T="{\br}Associated external link: <a href='{0}' target='_blank'>{0}</a>{\br}{\br}"/>
equal to PhExternalLink , and all is well!
