In the normal GenoPro report (and also the program) you can have one external hyperlink for each person - use the Hyperlink tab to edit it. If the document is on the internet then use then use the full URL - http://...
The report on the internet can not, of course, access a file on your PC so you have to place the document where it can be found. If you want to make this password protected you would have to set this up yourself. One way would be to point to a page on the internet with password protection to the file, or even a menu of documents

Hi

I'm new to this - please help.

I have added an External Hyperlink to a person which is a Word document. This can be opened when I click on the link in the tree.  Is it possible to make it open when online?  If yes, can I also password protect it.

Regards

Chris
