In CONFIG.XML
the default path for IrfanView and for Inkscape is not displayed:

<InkscapePath T="Path to Inkscape program used to convert SVG to PDF (Default {0})" Default="?:\Program Files\Inkscape\inkscape.exe" Type="file"/>
The default path is not displayed and should rewrite even if it is right!
??? Type="file" ???
otherwise you must set the parameters and rewrite the path for each serving.
