Registration and password email not received

Hi, I purchased Genopro yesterday (8 Jan) but have not yet received the email giving my registration key and password. I obtained my Registration Key OK via the on-line Genopro Receipt and the software is functioning OK. I have asked for the missing emails to be resent several times and it was confirmed that my email address had been recognized and I would receive emails shortly containing the necessary information. None of these emails have been received. All spam filters etc., were disabled before requesting the additional emails.
In order to post this message I have registered using a different email address. Can you help ?

This is the email address that I used when purchasing the software (now removed for security)

Happily the problem seems to have gone away, a request today (10 Jan) for my reg' key and password was rewarded by an email within seconds.
