Registration Key Error

Forum Newbie Forum Members Last Login: Monday, February 9, 2009 Posts: 2, Visits: 5	Hi, I have been trying to register using an academic key, when I request the registration key (after inputting my professor's info), it thinks and then gives an error message that says something about possibly a firewall problem. the program opened but I don't want to begin work if this is not the extended trial, for fear of losing my work. I have not received any emails with codes. Thanks for any suggestions! Amy HI, I am trying to get an academic registration code - I entered my professor's key that was provided and it gave me an error saying a key could not be provided possibly due to a firewall error. I'm not sure what this means, I have not received any email from Genopro, but the program opened.
