Hi, can somebody help me?I have twice reports of my tree, the first one in english and the second one in portuguese. After I have installed the new "narrative _2.0.1.7RC7" that Ron has recently issued I had problem with my customized portuguese report. The english one is ok, but the customized did not work. The message is: Generating report to 'C:\Documents and Settings\Julio\Meus documentos\GenoPro Reports\Family Tree\'

Julio,You started with a completely new skin folder for your Portugese version or did you use the one you already had before upgrading?

Hello Nand!I used the old one cause I was afraid to loose my customization in dictionary.xml and the ini.htm. Is that the reason? Sould I create another new customized skin? Yhank you, Julio

Yes. Save your customised files into a separate folder, delete and recreate the Portugese skin folder and move your customised files back in there. You could of course create a TEST skin and folder to try this out first.

Hello,I have just done in the diferent way: I creat a new empty skin and I copied the new version to it, I tested it - It was OK. Then I changed my dictionary.xml then... problem: [0.00] Processing template 'init.htm'... To disable display of parameter settings, tick the box under 'Options' tab of 'Generate Report' dialog. Please wait while IE form initializes N.B. PDF images for GenoMaps will not be generated as the Inkscape package must be installed for this but Inkscape was not found on the path specified (or defaulted) in Config Parameter 'InkscapePath' (C:\WINDOWS\..\Program Files\Inkscape\inkscape.exe) N.B. Thumbnails for pictures and embedded pictures in GenoMaps will not be generated as the IrfanView package must be installed for this but IrfanView was not found on the path specified (or defaulted) in Config Parameter 'IrfanViewPath' (C:\WINDOWS\..\Program Files\IrfanView\i_view32.exe) [13.42] LanguageDictionary.Lookup('MarkerFirstName') failed! Error at line 1250, position 3 (Code/Util.vbs): Chamada de procedimento ou argumento inválido: 'Mid' Erro de tempo de execução do Microsoft VBScript 800A0005 Now there is a error msg at line 1250, there is an invalid argument 'Mid' in the language dictionary. I believe it's best to try to solve one error at a time. The LanguageDictionary.Lookup('MarkerFirstName') failed! error can have two causes. Either (1) the "MarkerFirstName" tag is a new one in version 2.0.1.7 and has not been copied into your latest version of the Dictionary, or (2) this tag was removed from the 2.0.1.7 Dictionary but some old code - which is still in the skin folder because the folder was not completely deleted/renewed - still calls for this translation to happen. Is the MarkerFirstName tag still present in the English 2.0.1.7 version? (I'm still on 2.0.1.6 so I can't check right now)
