I'd suggest to display of the pictures of the Contacts by the same way as it is in other Tabs (Occupation, Education) because as for me there is no sense to add picture without a possibility to see it in the report.

As for me the main idea of the Contacts Tab is to show "where and when" an individual was. As for now there is no ability to show with whom it was there (only by seeking through the links of the exact Contact record). In the picture which you can add you can show all that you want to identify this time and place and if there were some people besides this individual - them either.
