Dear Michael,

If you wish to have a CD of GenoPro, you are welcome to download and burn it on a CD. This will be faster and cheaper than ordering a CD by snail mail.

To maximize customer satisfaction, we maintain a database of emails and registration keys. All you need is remembering your email address to recover your purchased registration key. By visiting http://www.genopro.com/login/, you can request the server to re-send your registration key instantly, so you can install GenoPro from anywhere you have access to the web. This online service may be useful when visiting relatives to complete a branch of your family tree. We also believe you will save time by having GenoPro re-send your registration key by email than searching for the CD or the CD jewel box.

To get started, we welcome you to visit http://www.GenoPro.com/introduction/ or our video tutorials at http://www.genopro.com/tutorials/videos/

Kind Regards,
-- Dan Morin.

When visiting Genopro website prior to purchase, there was a picture of a box with the Genopro information. I assumed that when I purchased the product a box (such as pictured) containing the software and an instruction manual would be sent to me.

Where's the CD and the manual?
