Hello

we have some old files created by an earlier version of Genopro with the file extension .gen. We're unable to open these with the new version which is expecting the file extension .gno. Is there any solution that can be suggested? Thanks for your help

The .GEN file is not a GenoPro file. Please have a look at the following web page: http://www.computerfileextensions.com/file-extensions.php/GEN
