Hi,
I have used family tree from genopro for more that 1 year. It is a pretty good. However, my computer was out of order recently. I have taken it for repaired and the hard disk was changed by then. Now, I need to re-install the GenoPro program into my computer. Would you please help me, thanks a lot.

Your registration key is on this forum, click on Control Panel at the top of this page to find it.
Hope you have back ups of your data. GenoPro can store your family tree with online backup

Hello,
I did buy GenePro and I have install genopro in my old computer, but my old computer is broken and I have reinstall genepro in my new computer, but I have lost my Key...Do I have to buy genePro again for my new computer!

If you bought GenoPro directly, you do not need to purchase again. There have been times where people bought an early version from other sources, so that is a different case.
I suspect you were using a different email account when you purchased, as you appear on this forum as a member, not a customer. If you can find your old email address (even if it is no longer valid) log onto the forum using that name and then go to the Control Panel where your registration key will be displayed.
If you still have problems come back to this forum and GenoPro will sort things out
