The Report Generator will now create a pdf file but you need to have the freeware program Inkscape on your computer to make the conversion. Run the standard Report and save the result to your hard disc and this will then contain the pdf file. You can also install one of the many free pdf printers which will create a pdf file using the standard File Print option.
If you open the the Table (use Ctrl+T) and right click on it you have the option to
'Copy Full Table'. This can then be pasted into a spreadsheet
