Hi: I am an instructor for Liberty Univeristy's online course COUN 601 Marriage and Family Counseling. I figured out that I needed to purchase and download the software for $49.00, which I did some time ago. I received the following Registration Key, but I don't know how to make the program run so that I can view my students' genograms. For your information, my registration key is:

I'd appreciate it if you someone could help me so that I could grade my students' assignments.

If possible, I'd love a phone call to be stepped through the process. My number is (269) 757-1526.

Thanks! I look forward to hearing from you.

The online help at http://www.genopro.com/setup/
should sort you out.
There is a Catch 22 here in that the easy way to find this link is from the Help menu, after you have installed the program!

The link in the previous reply should help you to install the program, if you have not already done so.
You just need to paste the link http://www.genopro.com/setup/ into your web browser to find the instal / setup information.

When you have installed the program, you should run the program and enter your registration key.

Once the program is running, you enter your registration key by selecting the "Help" and then "About GenoPro" options, to bring up the "About GenoPro" screen, which has the location to enter your registration key.

Either type, or copy and paste your registration key into the space provided.

Then click on the OK button on the "About GenoPro" screen, to save the information.

GenoPro should now be able to open your students Genopro files, if they have saved them in GenoPro's native file format ( .gno ) or have exported them in "Gedcom" format (.ged)

To open a file, run "GenoPro", and go to the "File", "Open" option, and select the file type .gno, or .ged; as appropriate to your students file type.
Then navigate to where your Students files have been saved, and select the file that you want to open.
