I purchased this around 5 yrs ago! I did hours of research back then, and have only now found the time to start up again. I have a new computer and there is a new version available that I downloaded. I don't have the original email from you guys but I DO have the registration key off my old computer. How do I download and register the new version? Is there a fee for the upgrade? Please help.

I have GoldenKey from V.1. but it will not work on latest downloaded version. I have not downloaded an update for many years but did so today. I hve also changed my email address from the orignal purchase email address so I am not recognised as a GenoPro user. How do I get access to the latest version that I have downloaded. Gerry Wood

As long as you remember your original e-mail address, if you go into the control panel on this forum and add that address your Registration Key will be displayed, which you can copy into the latest version of GenoPro. If you have forgotten the original e-mail you will have to contact the author.

Your old key should be working... so far, I have not seen a single key not working. If you have an old key, purchase prior year 2002, you have to type exactly as it is written with the exact uppercase/lowercase combination.
