The academic referrer ID never expires, however each academic registration key expires after 180 days.  GenoPro maintains a history of registration keys, so a user cannot request a new key for one year after expiration.

All your students will be able to get a fresh 180-day evaluation key, provided they use their email address on their computer.

Until the database reset, feel free to use the following academic key: 5GP-8Z8-AJK-KEG-TMP

I recently received an email from GenoPro stating that my registration key is 223 days expired. I am an academician and use this softeware in a course I teach. I also have my students use the academic edition during that semester. I was under the understanding that the academic edition does not have to be renewed, and that once I received an academic key, that it is good forever. Please clarify if I have misunderstood. Thank you. I have found your software very helpful with my students.
