I'd rather have an
option
in the verticale option for the child which says recognized by father. like the option biological child/
adopted
child.

As it is not clear what the relationship is, I would colour the vertical line to indicate a difference and add a note in the comments section. You could also add a Text box but the problem can be that this is not linked and so any re-arrangement of the display means remembering to move the text

I got several
persons
where in the
marriage
cetificate is said that the father recognized the person. I mean my grandad was
born
before the wedding, in this case it's not even sure if his father is his real dad, but that is not at the point atm. He isn't adopted like my nieces are (born in Sri Lanka) so i can't say he is adopted.
