I'm hoping someone can help me.I took a couple years off from working on my Tree. I'm back and now I'm running GenoPro 2007 Ver. 2.0.1.6 Is there a "simple" way to get rid of the Google interface entirely? I'm getting a pop-up that is telling me I need a new API Key. I've spent the last two days searching and reading through here trying to find a solution to this, and I simply can't figure it out. I don't want this feature at all in my report. My only reason for entering information in the "Place of Birth" field was as a note to myself for research purposes. Now it's creating Pop-up's when I try and host it on my own web-site. I do recognize the probable value of this feature to others, but for me, it's a huge annoyance. p.s. - I saw some information about changing a config.xml file, but to be honest, it thoroughly confused me. If that's what I have to do, can someone make an "Editting config.xml to remove Google for Dummies (Like Me) Walkthrough"? Thanks, Paul Cooper

As a small update ...I think I've editted the config.xml correctly with a proper API Key for my application. Now that I have run the report again, do I have to re-upload all the files it created? There's over 1,000 files, and that's a lot to have to re-upload. I'd still rather just make this feature go away permanently if it's possible.

Just make sure you are using the latest Narrative Report skin and set the two Google Map parameters to No before generating your report.

Thank you very much.Considering the countless pages I have read trying to solve this, that was a very simple answer.
