While transferring persons from general tree (Genomap1) to individual "named" Genomap only one person at a time is moved. In the process of installing links between two persons (like spouses or children) the second contact turns all red and the whole screen jumps back to Genomap1. Do I do something wrong or I have a bug?

Not sure what you have done. If you select a person, right click and use the 'Move to GenoMap' option this will create the hyperlinked individual. This sounds what you did first.
If you want to move family to join that person, you can press 'V' on the keyboard to move immediate family.
Alternatively you can select individuals and move them and recreate links, so that they appear on both GenoMaps. However there are problems here and it is a bit of a trial getting everything sorted to avoid duplication, particularly in reports.
Never seen your problem. If you can sort it please post a screen shot
