Few questions:

I am unable to add a miscarraige to an existing couple, how do I do this?

Am I able to creat a new lengend for my personal genogram such as showing substance abuse or diagnosis of a mental health illness?

Welcome to the forum, but note there is a specific 'How to' section for how to use GenoPro - this topic is for the Report Generator.

I am unable to add a miscarraige to an existing couple, how do I do this?

Add a child, and under 'Cause of Death' on the Death tab of the Individual's properties, select Miscarriage.

Am I able to creat a new lengend for my personal genogram such as showing substance abuse or diagnosis of a mental health illness?

On the Display tab of an Individual's properties you can devise your own legend by using different colours in each quadrant of the gender symbol, changing the colour of the gender symbol, or outlining the gender symbol with different colours and fills.
