Its been a couple of hours since I first wrote and i am waiting to save my work and the activation code you gave me today says that it is expired for the last 1131 days and I am a new user today....i am afraid that hours of my work will be lost if you dont respond in a timely manner...

Just request another registration key and you will get a new evaluation key.  What you did is a request for your password which also returned your old registration key.

Each year, we "erase" the database of evaluation key, so you can get a new evaluation key per year.
