The key has an expiration because it's a free key. It's a way to try to the software. 

Once you try it, you should consider purchasing GenoPro. It's a one time payment with no annual fee.

If you need more days to try it, we can provide you an extension.

I also had to reinstall genopro and my activation key has expired. how can I fix this?  the link to resend the key does not work. Help!

Hello Geno Pro Representative:

I'm sending this email to inquire about getting a "Registration Key", I did not use the
first one that was given to me and expired.

If I signed for one, I did not use the time as intended.

I would like to request another Registration Key, if at all possible.

PS: unsure about using your Time Zone Codes, It is currently 1:10 AM Eastern Standard Time in the United States. Actually because of "Daylight Savings Time" it's 2:10 AM Sunday Morning 3-14-2010
