To Whom May be able to help!

I am a Liberty University graduate student. I have had access to GenoPro a few months ago and my registration key just expired 15 days ago. I now need a new access key for a different class but have been unable to obtain one is there any one who can help me with this matter. I need to begin work on a Genogram now!
