Hello

I have sent an email to support@genopro.com . I can only remember one old email address, I think this is the one I used at the time that I purchased my copy of Genopro. So far I have not received a reply.

Send an email to support@genopro.com with all possible older emails you had. If we will find it, we will add your registration key to your current account.

If you can remember your old email address use it to log-in. It does not have to be a working one to get access to the forum. You will know it has worked as you will be logged in as Customer, not Forum Member. Then you will have access to the Control Panel where you will find your original Golden Key (which does not expire) and also where you can change your email address (if you want to - it is not necessary to access the Panel but does mean people can contact you)

I think that I have changed my email address since I purchased the first registration key. I do not have access to the old email account. I will supply information if I know what is required. I was sent a registration key with the forum registration email, yesterday. I am informed that this key expired 70 days ago. Barry

Every user that purchase GenoPro, even 5 years ago, are eligible for a free upgrade to the current version.

Your key should works, make sure you copy the entire key including the number at the end.

From your forum registration email, we have no record that you have purchase GenoPro before, maybe you changed your email address since that? Even if you don't have access to your original email we can help you recover your key with more information.

I purchased a registration key (Then called a "Golden Key") some time ago, when Genopro went from freeware to shareware. I have moved the program and data to a new windows 7 laptop. I am told that the registration key has expired and I am unable to update my data. Can this problem be easily resolved.
