Just thought I'd report I had no problem accessing pictures in your familiytrees report using Windows 7 Home Premium and both IE8 and Firefox 3.6.

Thanks for fast responding. I am using Firefox as default browser for both Laptop (Windows 7) and PC (Windows XP). IE shouldn't be the cause of the problems ?. Any other suggestions? Vanni

Just guessing here but problem perhaps due to some security setting in IE8 (I assume you are using IE8 on W7). Suggest installing Firefox or Google Chrome browser and see if you still have the problem with images/pictures when accessing report via non-IE browser.

Hi Ron I have a laptop (runs on Windows 7 ultimate, 64 bits), and a PC (Windows XP pro/pack2). The PC generates and retreives reports fine, from both Hard drive and on the Web. With the lap top (Windows 7), I can retrieve reports from hard drive but when I retrieve report from the web, the report shows only text. All graphics- pictures, images- are missing. Can anyone help me ? I am a newbie and I am not very good with computer. Please be detailed and slow. P.S. : I am currently using Genopro version 2.0.1.6 and the latest English narrative Skins. Vanni
