Samething to me, I didn't receive the key in my email box.  Well, according to our records, the email containing your evaluation key was delivered to your inbox and you opened this email message 5.2 hours later after receiving it.

Sorry, I got this message when I tried to save my tree:the activation key is expired since 1268 days You can always request a new key. Each year, every user requesting an evaluation key receives a fresh evaluation key. Yes, you may receive one evaluation key per year. Feel free to use this evaluation key 78G-Q52-AKH-LBU-TMP which is valid for 180 days.
