How do I get my permanent key? I did pay but didn't get the email with...

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 3.0.1.4 Last Login: Tuesday, March 5, 2019 Posts: 1, Visits: 2	I did paid for my permanent key but did not get the email. I tried the link to get the key and password but I got a temporal key again, since I don't have the original email I don't know what else to try, please help me in this matter. I completed the payment on 6/20/10.
