I have craetd a
huge family tree
earlier,some
family members
have asked to remove their
information
from the
tree
. I have remove their informtaion and refresh the information in website but I suspect the software only overwrite those files with same name instead of delete the whole directory and recreate new files. Other files which are no longer in the
family tree
was not removed. Appreciate someone able to guide me on how to remove those unused family information.

You are right, GenoPro only overwrites the modified files when you
publish a report
at
http://familytrees.genopro.com.
If you want to delete some files, use our FTP Client at
http://www.genopro.com/help/ftp-client/
. This tool allows you to upload, download, delete and rename any file to your account at
http://familytrees.genopro.com
