I am finding the 'Genogram Dates' option confusing. If the option is unchecked and you then check it, then the option 'Year of Birth and Year of Death' is automatically selected. However, if you than select another Display option, the 'Genogram Dates' option remains selected even though it is then non-operational. Surely when the other Display option is selected, the 'Genogram Dates' option should be unchecked? Alternatively, why cannot it just be another option in the main part of the Display menu?

Perhaps it could be possible to change the letter "D" with the sign "+" and birth with "*", so there are no problems in other languages?

This feature was removed in http://www.genopro.com/monica/ to display the date of birth to the left and the date of birth to the right.
I find this only displays properly when selecting the 'Year of Birth and Year of Death' display option. If 'Date of Birth and Date of Death' is selected, the dates can be obscured by the pedigree line when dates are incomplete (ie if one of the dates is unknown, or year only known). I like the idea of displaying the birth date to the left of the pedigree line and the death date to the right, if only as an option.

Yes please, Dan. I was also going to post on this. This makes the display much more aesthetically pleasing.
In addition to the "D.", I would also suggest that the option also include "Before" and "Circa", or an abbreviation of these, if "<" or "~" is entered before the year.

This feature was removed in http://www.genopro.com/monica/ to display the date of birth to the left and the date of birth to the right. Are other people wishing to have the old way of displaying dates. I can provide an option to pick which display format you (the user) wish to display the date.

Hallo!
Above the individium there are date of birth and death (for example '1905 - 1980). If an individum has only a year of death (because birth is unknown) then the GenoPro writes 'D. 1980'. Can you tell me, how I can change the letter 'D.'??
