Can not use modified Language pack (v.2.5.2.3 - v.2.5.2.5)

Famous Writer Customers FamilyTrees.GenoPro.com Translator GenoPro version: 3.1.0.1 Last Login: 2 hours ago Posts: 282, Visits: 12,502	I noticed v.2.5.2.3 (and now v.2.5.2.5) can not use language pack installed in directory Lang from disk. If load language pack from server - ok. But this two .xml files are identical. Reason - date of language pack from disk is more early than date of the new program (or date of language pack on server). After change the date language pack - no problems. This change or bug?
