Help please!!! My computer has crashed and so we have lost the most recent version of the GenoPro family tree for Moore. The version on your webpage http://familytrees.genopro.com/ralphballard/default.htm was posted a year ago - but we have not added much data since on the home computer. Would you please send us the Moore family tree (with all text, genogram, introductory comments, and pictures) as posted on the webpage http://familytrees.genopro.com/ralphballard/default.htm We will then be able to rebuild my family tree, add new data to this and create an updated webpage. Many many thanks, Sushie Narayan and Ralph Ballard

If you open your web page and look at the end of the first paragraph you will see the GenoPro symbol, which is a link. If you click this you will be able to download the main file as familytrees.gno.

To get at the pictures on the web you will probably find the easiest way is to use the utility at http://www.genopro.com/help/ftp-client
This will need MS Net as well but there are links

Do not forget you can back up your files using the online backup - which is for data but not images
