In May we got a Windows 7.  I don't know if that makes a difference or not, but the family information I can see is incomplete, several of the recent updates are missing, I can't make any edits or add new family members, I need help.  I don't want to have to gather the information again, and I couldn't find anything in the directory.  Thanks.

There is considerable number of reports using Windows 7 without the problems you have had. Check this forum for advice - particularly about display settings.
Did you update an existing PC or is it a new one? If the old version still exists you can use online backup to save it and then load to the new machine. Missing updates sounds as though you have managed to pick up an earlier file. I tend to save data as familyOct10.gno - or rather familyNov10.gno now
