I bought the genopro program some 6 years ago and had on one occasion had the registration key transferred to a new address.  The last address was u*******@bigpond.com with customer No. 803555.  I have changed address again now as c******@gmail.com and requested that the registration key be transferred to that new address.  i was told that there was no trace of the program I bought.  How do I get my registration back?
