I am attempting to log on for a class I'm taking. I have the teacher passcode but every time I attempt to log in to get an academic code, I get an error message saying that my firewall or networks are blocking the program. I have checked both my firewall and my network and have manually allowed the program, but still cannot get onto the program. I am getting a little frustrated. Has anyone had this problem? Can someone help to lead me in the right direction??
