I have just registered for the free trial version of GenoPro. Have spent the last two hours working on this for an assignment and now find
I am unable to print or to copy and paste.
How can I print this ?

For copy paste it's working as in any other software, select what you want, Menu Edit - Copy or Ctrl+C.
For printing it's also working as most software in the menu File - Print. Are you able to print but not what your like ? I'm not sure to fully understand your questions.

I am having the same problem. I select "Print" from the menu but nothing happens. I have copied and pasted into Microsoft Word and printed it out that way but it is so small I can't even read it! When I try to print from GenoPro, absolutely nothing happens. Not even error notice. What is going on?

I am having the same problem. I select "Print" from the menu but nothing happens. I have copied and pasted into Microsoft Word and printed it out that way but it is so small I can't even read it! When I try to print from GenoPro, absolutely nothing happens. Not even error notice. What is going on? This is really strange, considering no core printing code has been changed in many years. You are not alone reporting strange behavior with the printing.

No, sorry. I spent HOURS on this problem this afternoon. It was maddening. I hit "print" and NOTHING happened. Over and over again. I finally went to Kinko's and after about 30 minutes we were able to convert the file to PDF and print it. I have no more time for this and will never be using Genopro again.

Are you capable to print with other software programs? Have you tried rebooting your computer? Could it be your computer was out of memory, or something preventing data exchange between programs?
I am curious about your case, because GenoPro gets downloaded over 1000 times per day, and a print problem was reported about 3 times. Also, the core code responsible for printing documents was written about 10 years ago, so if the printing problem was widespread, there would have been massive bug reports about this.
