My user is 530710 and really I am not remembering my email used to receive the registration key from Genopro. My user is rbassoi (530710) and would like to receive the registration key again on my email

Please download and install http://www.genopro.com/monica/ .  This new version has a wizard to recover your registration key by entering your email address and the server will resend by email you key.

I have not used GenoPro for over a year now and have changed my e-mail a couple of times, the registration Key i entered seems to be invalid and i have lost my password. How can i reactivate my account.

The account 265662 doesn't have a valid key (it's a temporary expired key).

Send me (or GenoPro support) your full name and your previous emails that could be used and I'm sure we can find your key.
