The persons on our family tree would like to see it on their computer so I have advised them to download the free genopro. Then I have sent the tree to them and they tell me that they can only have the genopro free for 14 days - and then they will have to pay for it.  Is that so?   I have had it free for years but bought it after there were 50 names on it.  Best regards Kirsten

If you have the free version of GenoPro it is initially fully available with all facilities. After 14 days it becomes restricted in that you can not make any alterations but it still works as a viewer.
If there is a request to buy a full program, this can be ignored if you just want to use the program as a viewer.

Have you put a version on the GenoPro server? The report contains some features not in the PC program, such as Google mapping and timeline. Does mean the family have to be connected to the internet, unless you put a report onto a Cd

Thank you for the reply - my family do not want to add or alter anything on the family tree, they just want to view it.  So I will tell them to ignore message about payments.

Absolutely, they can all download and install GenoPro, open the file and view your family tree without paying. They can just close the dialog when it pop-up.
