Author Is it possible to have the license renewed or reset, so that students can access the program?

I am an instructor in a course, and I downloaded an academic license last year for a course, which then provided my referrer id to my students. I tried to do the same this year, but it says my license has expired. Is it possible to have the license renewed or reset, so that students can access the program?

Your professor referrer ID does not expire, however the evaluation key will expire in 180 days.  You may request as many evaluation keys, however each evaluation key has a cooldown of 180 days before its renewal.  Assuming each of your students have unique email addresses, they will be able to get a new academic evaluation key with your professor referrer ID.D.

Fell free to use the following academic key which is valid for 6 months:

48B-48N-ALB-LHD-TMP

My students this year HAVE NOT been able to access the program using my Referrer ID, what is going wrong?

The referral key are normally valid forever, you can re-apply and student can use either your referral id or your email address that you used when you applied to the academic program.
