When my computer crashed in 2009, I gave up on retrieving GenoPro. You sent an update message today. Is it possible to retrieve and update my original? Thanks. Emily

As you are a customer you can download the latest version of GenoPro. To get it working you need your registration key. I believe the new version allows you to retrieve that on start but you can also find it on the User page which is now at http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
This will get you started but you also need the data files. Hopefully you backed them up somewhere. You could have used the GenoPro server for this.
