Previously I was having a problem getting the information that I was posting to the family tree to update on the web posting.  (I had posted that problem and was given solutions having to do with the English skin or something to that effect but never understood) With the new edition it is now working, after uploading to the web it is all there when I look at it from my computer in the web publication that comes up after updating.  However, when I tried to view the family tree web posting from another computer it still shows the old, unupdated version.  Any hints? From the fact that I never understood what I was being told about the skin thing before, you need to make the answer simple or I will never get it.

If the other computer had looked at the earlier version, it may still 'remember' it. This is because data is stored in a cache to speed things up. Try pressing the F5 key to refresh the display. On Firefox there is an option under View to use Ctrl-R to reload the data from the source.
If this does not sort it check that the new second computer is using exactly the same address. If you have problem copying this (they can be a bit complicated) go to the user data at http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx. There is a list of your reports on GenoPro which you can open. Check that only the recent one exists

Thank yoiu for your prompt response.  I believe you are correct that it is loading old stored data, it brings it up much more quickly than most other downloads.  However, when I hit F5 it again loads in about 1 second and it has the same old information.  It is using the same address.  Any other ideas.  I am not sure if other family members are having the same problem.  I need to check that.  Thank you.

It depends which browser you use as they can have slightly different refresh options. IExplorer uses F5 but if that does not change things, try Ctrl+F5. Firefox uses Ctrl+R. Look in the View sub menu (on the top line) to see what is suggested.
A more drastic action is to clear all cache contents, again browser dependant. Look in Tools to see what is available.
