HELP and connected site pages translation into Russian language

I propose to begin deeper localisation of the complex GenoPro (Program-Report-Site). Right away we have something what the end user has at his own computer and uses in its everyday (weekly, monthly... etc) work or entertainment. When new user comes to program and intuitively begins to find out how to do easy things - it is possible for him to carry out the task. When something more complicate comes to his way... there's no any localised help in view. I think somebody of the new users abandoned the site and program just because of it. The main thought is to have Help files/pages translated into Russian language and to have this translation in accordance with translation of the main program with the same terms and phrases. I would like administrators of the site to give explanations how to translate pages one by one and to create/refresh them on the main GenoPro site.
