Author I have a permanent key not a temporary one

First of all I wish to say that my english is not very good, so I'll try to explain the facts the best as I can. Two days ago I received a message saying that my key for using GenoPro was to finish on March 13. But on October 24 2010, María Luisa Garcia Cristóbal and me bought your GenoPro for two users as it says below:

Your GenoPro Receipt
 ...

Later we lost the access to our mail and we ask you for another key, but we have paid for the use of the program and our key is permanent.
I hope this explanation will be enough to have things right and I am awaiting for your answer.
