Hello,
Wanted to ask for this on a future version of the software.
Something to compute relationships. If you select a
person
, there would be a menu item to say "Compute Relationship" and ask for another person (selectable by name, click, or another way). It would then display a
report
or something that would display a
tree
of the relationships of both parties and/or what the relationship would be. For instance:
John Doe to Fred Doe (Cousin)
John Doe -> Jane Doe (Mother) -> Judy Doe (Aunt) -> Fred Doe (Cousin) in a tree view or just display "John Doe is the Cousin of Fred Doe."
Whoever was chosen as the first person would be the person that the relationship would be rooted.
Seems like this would be a nice thing to have, to say "So and So is the 3rd Cousin Twice Removed of So and So" or "So and So is the 4th Great Grandfather of So and So."
Regards,
Rae
