I downloaded genopro over 2 years ago, used it until it expired, then removed the program from my computer. I downloaded it again tonight, registered it with the free registation key, and it worked fine for about 10 minutes. Then, all of a sudden every time I tried to save my project, the program displayed a message saying that my free usage expired 49 days ago and I must wait another 100+ days to request another free registration key. This is incorrect, as I have already mentioned that I used the program 2 years ago and then deleted it. The current program is a new download from this evening.

According to our records, you requested an evaluation key in January 2009 (2 years ago) and also in February 2011 (two months ago).

Feel free to use the following key 8AF-JKN-ALF-LKX-TMP which is valid for 180 days.

I have the same problem. I bought GenePro several years ago, and put in a lot of information. I haven't used it in probably about three years. I now have a new computer, and figured I would buy the most recent version after confirming that it could still read my old data. So I tried to get a free registration key to confirm that it would work with the old data, and was told that my key expired 66 days ago. But, just as the above user says, I have not used the program, or attempted to get a key, in at least three years.

First, you do not need a registration key to open or print any family tree.  Second, if you have purchased GenoPro, your old registration key should work.  We have a mechanism for an account recovery in case your email address changed.
