I tried to
export to GedCom
format and got an
error
message (attached). Something
about
my foreign
font
not being recognized by ANSI and that the unrecognized symbols would be replaced with question marks. Any suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!

I can't see the attachment ...
Was the "charset"
option
set to UTF-8?

Hi. Sorry you can't see the attachment. After I realized the drop menu had other options than ANSI, I tried all options that had "
Unicode
", including the UTF-7 and UTF-8. For some of them I continued even after the warning that I would lose some fonts. Sure enough, when I imported the GedCom file into
Genealogy
Reporter, there were a lot of letters replaced by "?".
The foreign font I'm using is Vietnamese, in case it makes a difference.
If this doesn't work out, I will be satisfied if I can just export the
family tree
to a format that I can
send
to others who do not have GenoPro. I have seen several posts where people were successful doing that (e.g., PDF format with
links
), but I didn't see any steps on how to do it. I am familiar with CutePDF Writer and I tried "
printing
" the GenoPro report but unsuccessful (awkward page - almost like print-screen).
Thank you.

Would it be possible to post a small part of you
GenoGram
here so we could give it a try?
Perhaps you could make a copy of your GenoGram (.gno) and delete all but one of the
GenoMaps
?
