Hi,
I am still not sure that I have structured my directories correctly to always see
pictures
loading in the Hierarchical
Reports
on the same computer and possibly achieve portability of my ...\
Genealogy
sud-directory to other computers (and still see the pictures!).
Currently, based on what I think I understood after reading the relevant threads in the Support Forum, I use the structure as in the upper part of the appended document. Sometimes, the pictures appear in my Hierarchical reports and sometimes they don't. And I don't understand why. I tried all sorts of different solutions, but could not achieve consistent results.
My questions:
1) Would the structure in the lower part of the appended document achieve what I wish to achieve?
2) Instead of being a sub-directory of ...\My Documents, should the ...\Genealogy directory be a sub-directory of ...\Programs Files\GenoPro
3) Any better recommended structure?
My apologies for such trivial questions, but I ran out of ideas. Thanks for advice.
Kind regards
Roland
