My computer with my Genopro software recently crashed. I was able to transfer files, but not the software itself.  Is it possible to re-install Genopro with pre the previous installation key?

It certainly is possible. 

Just download the latest version of GenoPro (www.genopro.com) and run the .exe to install it. If you have lost your licence key you can find it my clicking the 'My Profile' link above in this forum and then click the GenoPro tab. You should find your key under the 'Registration details'' section, or alternatively click Help/About when GenoPro is reinstalled and request your key to be emailed to you.
