I will like to have the updated program, it does not allow me to download the program it reports that my registration has ecpired.
WHy can I download the program?
Why do I have to buy a new permanent registration?

You do not have to purchase GenoPro. Your registration key is in our database.
By the way, I found a matching name, however the email is ends with .org. If you can provide the domain name (or the full email), I will assume this is your key, and will consolidate/merge those accounts.

My evaluation key expired yesterday, 4/30/2012. My school, Liberty University, has a license for GenoPro and available for use when taking COUN 504, which I currently am. I have not been able to obtain the academic key.
Please advise. I have a paper due in a few days.

I have a license and key from 2008. Now I got a new laptop for travelling. It seems I cannot install GenoPro on my new PC reusing that (now expired) key, Is my license just valid for one PC?

If you purchased GenoPro then ypur licence is still valid. After log-in click on the My Profle link which will open another page. Here you need to click on the GenoPro tab which takes you to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx (You can click this link if you want to short cut)
Beneath the details the first option is Registration Key where you can copy the value you need
