Dear administrator


My name is Rogelio Douton. I am a user of  Genopro wit registration Key AFK-TVK-DKL-XXX_XXXX. Invoice number 336XX.

 
I forgot my password for retrieving the online BackUp of my family genogram or there is a mistake with my habitual password .

 
I have used the “forgot password” link from your web site but I do not receive any pass.


How coud i Contact to an administrator in order to solve this problem.

Somehow your the server for your email @vodafone.es in unreachable.  I have consolidated your emails to the same account, so if you use your email @rogebcn.e or @hotmail.com, it should work.

I tried SOS Online Backup. They wasted several hours of my time via chat but won't pick up the phone and talk to home users. The net is their software isn't very smart. If you want to back up 50 GB of data, you better have 50 GB free on your C drive because they want to cache it all rather than back it up in chunks.
